This is a super soft, gauzy yarn spun from the hair of gently combed French Angora rabbits. Angora is considered a luxury yarn due to the complexity of the harvesting process, and the small number of producers. The fibres are also hollow, this is renders products made from angora feel warmer than similar yarns, but remain light with a characteristic "floaty" feel.

A little bit of angora goes a long way since it does such a good job of retaining heat. Can ply with other yarns.
