All unused and undamaged items (except final sale items) can be returned for a full refund with proof of purchase within 30 days.

Note for products with colour: Because all monitors display colour differently, actual colours may vary.

No refunds on the following due to Canada Health Regulations:

Class Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Birkeland Bros - Classes may be cancelled at any time for any reason, including not enough attendance. We will give at least 48 hours notice of a cancelled class.

Cancellations by you - If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you may do so at any time provided you give at least 72 hours notice.

Refund of Class Fees - In the event of a cancellation (by Birkeland Bros. or by you), you can choose between a full refund or enrollment in any other class of the same value.

Class Attendance

Only students who have paid for class may attend class (students may not bring guests or children to class unless they have paid class fees).

Students cannot bring their own project to felting classes (students must follow along in class and work on the same project as everyone else).

Felting classes involve exercise (vigorous rubbing/rolling of wool). Students must be able to stand for long periods of time and be in good condition for mild aerobic exercise.

Invoice Corrections

In the event of an incorrect invoice (e.g. incorrect shipping charges) on the website, Birkeland Bros. reserves the right to re-issue a corrected invoice. Shipments may be withheld until corrected invoices are paid in full.

Shipping Policy

Shipping delivery dates are approximate and without guarantee. In the event that an item is out of stock, the delivery may be delayed an extra 2-3 weeks. Every effort is made to ensure that items posted on the website are in stock. If your order is time-sensitive, please phone to ensure your item(s) are in stock before ordering.
