You may choose to pick up your gift certificate in person in our store or to have it mailed to you free of charge. The recipient may also pick it up. If you have any questions, please give us a call.
Please note that if you are purchasing items with no shipping charge (Gift Certificates or Class Enrollment), you must do a separate checkout for no shipping items.
For example, if you want to purchase a Gift Certificate and also 1 lb of wool sliver, you must first checkout and pay for the Gift Certificate, then return to purchase the wool. Failure to do so will result in incorrect shipping charges.
Already have a Gift Certificate to spend?
You can spend your gift certificate in the store or online.
To shop online using your Gift Certificate: During checkout choose "Check/Money Order" as the payment method. After checkout (within 5 days), call the store at (604) 874-4734 during business hours and let us know you would like to pay with a Gift Certificate. You will need to give us the Confirmation No. (or Sales Receipt No.) from when your Gift Certificate was purchased.
